Iindaba

Njengoko ishishini leemoto litshintsha ngokukhawuleza liye kwizithuthi ezixutyiweyo nezisebenza ngombane (ii-HEV kunye nee-EV), imfuno yezinto ezintsha zeplastiki kunye nezongezo iyanda kakhulu. Njengoko ubeka phambili ukhuseleko, ukusebenza kakuhle, kunye nokuzinza, iimveliso zakho zingahlala njani ziphambili kolu tshintsho?

Iintlobo zePlastiki zeZithuthi zoMbane:

1. I-Polypropylene (PP)

Iimpawu eziphambili: I-PP isetyenziswa kakhulu kwiipakethe zeebhetri ze-EV ngenxa yokumelana kwayo okugqwesileyo kweekhemikhali kunye nombane kumaqondo obushushu aphezulu. Ubume bayo obulula bunceda ekunciphiseni ubunzima besithuthi ngokubanzi, nto leyo ephucula ukusebenza kakuhle kwamandla.

2. I-Polyamide (PA)

3. I-Polycarbonate (iPC)

Iingenelo: Umlinganiselo ophezulu wamandla phakathi kobunzima nesisindo sePC unegalelo ekunciphiseni ubunzima, ukuphucula ukusebenza kakuhle kwamandla kunye nomgama wokuqhuba. Ukumelana kwayo nempembelelo kunye nozinzo lobushushu kuyenza ifaneleke kwiindawo ezibalulekileyo ezifana neebhetri.

4. I-Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)

Ukuqina: I-TPU yenzelwe izixhobo ezahlukeneyo zeemoto ngenxa yokuguquguquka kwayo kunye nokumelana nokukrala. Amanqanaba amatsha anomxholo ophinda usetyenziswe ahambelana neenjongo zozinzo ngelixa egcina ukusebenza.

5. Ii-Elastomers zeThermoplastic (TPE)

7. Iiplastiki eziQinisekisiweyo zeCarbon Fiber (CFRP)

Ukusebenza Okuphezulu: I-CFRP inika amandla aphezulu kunye nokuqina, okwenza ukuba ilungele ukusetyenziswa okuphezulu, kubandakanya izakhelo zezithuthi zombane kunye neendawo ezibalulekileyo zokwakha.

8. Iiplastiki ezisekelwe kwiBio

Ukuzinza: Iiplastiki ezisekelwe kwi-bio ezifana ne-polylactic acid (PLA) kunye ne-bio-based polyethylene (bio-PE) zinciphisa umngcipheko wekhabhoni kwimveliso yezithuthi kwaye zifanelekile kwiindawo zangaphakathi, zinegalelo kumjikelo wobomi onobuhlobo nokusingqongileyo.

9. Iiplastiki eziqhuba umbane

Izicelo: Ngenxa yokuxhomekeka ngakumbi kwiinkqubo ze-elektroniki kwii-EV, iiplastiki eziqhubayo eziphuculweyo nge-carbon black okanye izongezo zesinyithi zibalulekile kwiibhokisi zebhetri, iintambo zocingo, kunye neendawo zokubeka iisensor.

10. IiNanocomposites

Iipropati eziphuculweyo: Ukufaka ii-nanoparticles kwiiplastiki zemveli kuphucula iipropati zazo zoomatshini, ubushushu, kunye nezithintelo. Ezi zixhobo zilungele izinto ezibalulekileyo ezifana neephaneli zomzimba, ziphucula ukusebenza kakuhle kwepetroli kunye nomgama wokuqhuba.

Izongezo zePlastiki ezintsha kwiimoto ze-EV:

1. Izinto ezithintela ilangatye ezisekelwe kwi-Fluorosulfate

Abaphandi kwi-Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) baphuhlise isongezo sokuqala se-flame retardant esisekelwe kwi-fluorosulfate ehlabathini. Esi songezo siphucula kakhulu iipropati ze-flame retardant kunye nozinzo lwe-electrochemical xa kuthelekiswa ne-phosphorous flame retardant eqhelekileyo efana ne-triphenyl phosphate (TPP).

- Iingenelo: ukunciphisa ingxolo yePC/ABS ngempumelelo.

I-Si-TPV(Ii-Elastomers ezisekelwe kwi-Thermoplastic Silicone-Based Elastomers)–ikamva leTekhnoloji ye-TPU eguquliweyo

- Iingenelo: Ilungelelanisa ubulukhuni obuncitshisiweyo kunye nokumelana nokukrala okuphuculweyo, ifumane ukugqitywa okubonakalayo okunomtsalane.
